Women’s empowerment and gender equality is a unique creation of women’s nature. For the empowerment of women, a massive campaign is being run at the grassroots level by the organization for the upliftment of the poor women of the marginalized sections. Extensive programs are being run at the grassroots level by the organization for the socio-economic inclusive development and empowerment of poor Dalit tribal minorities, widows, divorced, destitute old women, women. A skill development training program was run by the organization to make these women skilled and after training, they were given employment by counseling them and those who were interested in starting business, they were being run by the government for example, loans were given to them through Mudra Yojana Stand Up Scheme. It has been encouraged to start a business by providing it. A large number of beneficiaries out of the poor exploited sections, Dalits, minorities, tribal widows, divorced destitute women, who have been trained by the organization, have started their enterprise and are running successfully. Along with you, you are also providing employment to other people. Women empowerment is the best example of socio-economic inclusive empowerment. Self-help groups were formed by women and run them and through them the leadership spirit was developed in women. Women became economically and socially independent and empowered.
The grassroots level program was run by the organization for gender equality, in which there was wide participation of the general public. Youth and men are also getting support widely in the massive campaign being run for freedom from exploitation at the socio-economic workplace and for building a society free from discrimination on the basis of gender, which is a positive message and commendable initiative.
