Founder's Speak

The idea for formation of ‘Saksham’ came to fore about years ago in 2011 when its founder Mrs. Namita Gaur pitched in by offering small help to the underprivileged children. Saksham is active in all manners in which we can hold a life and humanity together.
If the people in the society, who are “SAKSHAM” i.e. the ones who have a decent source of income and are living with all happiness and prosperity, feels an urge to change the society, and come forward to help the society with all what they have. They are “Saksham” to make even the needy as well as the poor ones “Saksham”. It might just only be the 4th order in the whole month from any restaurant, it might just be a moment of satisfaction for you, it might just be a mere demand of your friends or it might just be any XYZ reason for you to celebrate, yes that may cost you just ₹500 or ₹600 but has anyone thought that a poor family can get ration for 15 straight days with just ₹500, which again unfortunately he or she cannot afford. It might be your 8th dress for the month but that amount can also buy a blanket that can save a poor from a spine-chilling cold. The whole mentality revolves around “Serve Humans, Serve Humanity”. So next time whenever you overspend, just look around for the ones who needs the bare minimum and just spread smiles.
“Saksham” feels, problems are problems, and not only a specific issue is a mere problem. If you are only working in plantation sector, how come will you help India fight with poverty? So, keeping that in mind, “Saksham” just helps the needy one without having any particular field of expertise. People need food, shelter, education or any other basic things, “Saksham” always fights for them and get their needs fulfilled. “Saksham” works on “Main Saksham, Aap Saksham, Sab Saksham.”
