Vipin Gautam(masters in science)
The founder of UTTRAN FOUNDATION,who is dedicated for helping poor and the marginalized in developing societies. Vipin gautam believe philosophy in humanitarian work based on deep faith that the human development and respecting the diginity of the underprivileged in the World can be achieved merely by investing in people. According to philosophy of collective work and consolidating the concept of participation, the Indian ngos could play it's role in development,as a full and powerful partner with the government and private sector,not only with supplimentary And limited activities,but also by major project in the development structure. It goes without saying that our society is civil,as it adopt these facts philosophicaly and practical y.it could never assume burdens and responsibilities of the main humanitarian message without promoting high values and ideals , defending human rights,depending the concepts of democracy,and the consolidation of social justice principles ,so that such noble values would penetrate in the fabrics of our public indo conscience.may God grant us success.
