After enrolling in skill development courses, after training, got employed in various establishments. And to start self-enterprise, youths are being motivated to start self-enterprise by giving them credit through the schemes being run by the government, e.g. Mudra Yojana, Stand Up Scheme etc. In this way, poor Dalit tribals, exploited, deprived, minorities, widows, divorced, destitute women, have not only successfully running their enterprise, but many people are also creating employment. Training was provided by the organization under employment-oriented courses like computer beauty, tailoring, etc.
